We want you to be completely satisfied with your home spa experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If your Lay-Z-Spa does not meet your expectations, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Ensure the spa and all accessories are placed back in their original packaging; please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept items that have not been filled with water.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of your tracking information for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
