Heating times vary based on the ambient temperature and the model, but typically a Lay-Z-Spa heats at a rate of 1.5-2°C per hour. We recommend using the thermal lid to accelerate the process.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all hot tub units within the continental UK. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while chemical and accessory orders are delivered within 2-3 days.
Do I need professional tools to set up my spa?
No professional tools or plumbing are required. All Lay-Z-Spas are designed for easy assembly and can be inflated using the included pump heater unit in less than 10 minutes.
What is your return policy for unused products?
You can return any unused and unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Does my Lay-Z-Spa come with a warranty?
Yes, all our spas come with a standard 12-month warranty on the pump and a 6-month warranty on the liner. You can extend this warranty for free by registering your product on our official website.
